I am thrilled to extend a warm welcome to all members of the Burchett Elementary School community as the new Principal. It is with great excitement and a sense of honor that I join this incredible school, and I am looking forward to working collaboratively with our dedicated staff, motivated students, and supportive parents.

My name is Na’Carol Dixon Hall, and I am deeply honored to serve as the Principal of Burchett Elementary School. With over 13 years of experience in education, I have had the privilege of working with diverse student populations, guiding them on their educational journeys and fostering their growth academically and personally.

This year, our school will embrace a powerful theme: "I Promise." The theme reflects our commitment to supporting each and every student in their journey toward success. It serves as a reminder that we, as educators and parents, promise to provide a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment where our students can thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.

At Burchett Elementary, we believe in the potential of every child. Our promise is to empower our students to believe in themselves and their abilities, to set high goals, and to work diligently to achieve them. We will foster a culture of respect, kindness, and empathy, where our students feel valued and supported.
